- Compliance Audit
- Assessment Checklist
- One Set of Minutes
Your Incorporating Specialist will do the research necessary to determine your entity’s needs and provide you with a quote to prepare documents and/or process state filings if anything more than the initial set of minutes is required. Your Incorporating Specialist will also be available to assist you in the future should you decide to create more entities or if you have any additional questions regarding your entity’s protection.
