Refund Policy
Should you have a dispute or have made an invoice payment you feel is not the correct amount, please call customer service at +1 800-600-1760 within 30 days of invoice payment date. If it’s determined there was an error in the amount of your invoice payment, your payment will be credited within five (5) business days. All refunds will be processed using the original source of payment. Credit card payments will be refunded to the credit card used. Cash or check payments will be refunded by check.
Governing Law
This site is intended for use in the United States of America. We attempt to protect the personal information of all users of our site and we attempt to comply with local data protection laws to the extent they apply to our Services, but our site is targeted to United States citizens and our policies are directed at compliance with those laws. The governing law shall be that of the State of Nevada. Exclusive venue shall be the Eighth Judicial District Court in and for the county of Douglas, State of Nevada. This is a mandatory venue selection clause.
