Here is what you need to know about the new CTA law, 

In 2021, Congress passed the CTA. One of the “side-effects” of this law is to demand business owners to report their personal information. If you own a business, the government wants to know about YOU!

If you own a business or real estate through an entity, the CTA requires you to report to the Financial Crimes and Enforcement Network (or FinCEN) of the U.S. Department of the Treasury.
