If you have not submitted your formation checklist yet, please do so as soon as possible. Please be advised that we cannot begin the formation process until we have BOTH payment and your checklist submitted. Please contact the admin team directly at 775-507-2008 if you need assistance filling out your checklist.
If you have already submitted your checklist you are now in queue for formation. Formations are processed in the order received unless you have chosen expedited service for an additional fee. Your Incorporating Specialist will reach out to you as soon as they receive your Articles of Organization/Incorporation from the Secretary of State’s office.
